Join the 1,467,339 supporters of the Stop Global Warming Virtual March, and become part of the movement to demand our leaders freeze and reduce carbon dioxide emissions now. We are all contributors to global warming and we all need to be part of the solution.

The Stop Global Warming Virtual March is a non-political effort to declare that global warming is here now and it’s time to act.
This is a movement about change, as individuals, as a country, and as a global community.

I founded Rock ‘n Renew to educate students about renewable energy, conservation, and the sustainability of our planet. With the help of Rock ‘n Renew artists like Debbie Harry, The Kaiser Chiefs, The Fountains of Wayne, Everclear, Jesse Malin, Kal Penn and many others, we are raising awareness about the environment and providing elementary, high school, and college students with information on how to help save our planet. Students who demonstrate the most amount of energy savings in their homes are rewarded with exclusive music, autographed CDs, and concert tickets. We also put on carbon-neutral events to show students that it’s cool to care about the environment. During one of my Rock ‘n Renew lectures, a 6th grade boy asked me if the effects of carbon-dioxide emissions on our planet are similar to the lung cancer his grandfather got from smoking cigarettes. He then asked, “If people know that we’re making the planet sick, why can’t we just stop them?” Although there is no easy answer to this question, I do believe we can stop making our planet sick. I have seen the powerful effect of uniting people to make even the smallest earth-saving changes in their daily lives, and I have joined this virtual march because I believe our only chance for a sustainable future is if we come together to work for education and change.
