GLOBAL WARMING. At first it sounds sort of quaint or cozy. Perhaps if we
called it what it really is, it would be easier to wake people up and get
them involved. Let’s rename it: Global Scorching or Global Ignition, maybe
Global Conflagration. How about just Hell on Earth?
At Big Think Studios we’ve been doing advertising and design for many
nonprofits and foundations over the last 10 years. We realize that we can
help save a redwood forest here and a herd of caribou there, but nothing
would be a better use of our limited lives than working to help people
understand the effects of global warming.
Once most people comprehend their everyday contribution to global warming,
they realize there are things they can do as individuals to help stop it.
