Join the 1,454,113 supporters of the Stop Global Warming Virtual March, and become part of the movement to demand our leaders freeze and reduce carbon dioxide emissions now. We are all contributors to global warming and we all need to be part of the solution.

The Stop Global Warming Virtual March is a non-political effort to declare that global warming is here now and it’s time to act.
This is a movement about change, as individuals, as a country, and as a global community.

Energy Bar Clif Bar

At Clif Bar and Co., we’re committed to people’s health and the environment, and we understand that global warming is putting the Earth and its inhabitants at risk. We also believe that business can take the lead in solving the problem. We’re honored to join the March. It’s time to Stop Global Warming and Start Global Cooling.

>Here’s what we’re doing:

We support organic agriculture.
Sustainable agriculture is a powerful tool in the fight against global warming. Organic farming stores carbon in the soil instead of releasing it to the atmosphere.

We support clean, renewable energy.
We buy wind energy credits to offset the CO2 generated by our business practices. These funds help build new wind farms.

We use recycled materials.
From cartons to office paper, we strive to use recycled materials, saving energy and resources. Less waste = less CO2 emissions.

We plant trees.
Trees absorb and store carbon as they grow. In partnership with American Forests, we plant trees to offset the climate impact of our employees’ commutes.

We promote biodiesel.
We run a 100% biodiesel-powered bus that tours each year*spreading the word about the solutions to global warming, and sharing the love, Clif Bar style.

We don’t journey alone.
We know our impact is greater when we work together with others. For more information about our Partners in Sustainability, visit clifbar.com/environment.
